Level 1

Fine Arts Foundation Course

14 to 16 Months1 session/week · 2 hours

Builds fundamental drawing skills, hand-eye coordination, and spatial understanding.

  • Understanding basic drawing tools and pencil grades.
  • Line control, patterns, line weight, and geometric shapes.
  • Form, perspective, and composition basics.
  • Color wheel fundamentals, color blending, and smooth color layering.
  • Introduction to light sources, shadows, highlights, and 3D volume shading.

Tools Used: Shading pencils, professional color pencils, blending stumps.

Level 2

Advanced Mediums & Texture Mastery

16 to 18 Months1 session/week · 2 hours

Moves beyond paper drawing into complex texturing, dark values, and precision line work.

  • Charcoal Drawing: Smudging, realistic shading, deep values, and high-contrast portraits/landscapes.
  • Soft Pastel Techniques: Layering techniques, soft color gradients, and atmospheric art.
  • Technical Pen Art: Precision linework, stippling, cross-hatching, and architectural drafting.
  • Gel Pen Art: Intricate patterns, mandala art, highlights, and detailed fine textures.

Tools Used: Charcoal sticks/pencils, soft pastels, technical fineliners, gel pens.

Level 3

Advanced Art & Portfolio Program

Ages 10 & Above2 hours per week

For students with prior basic drawing skills. Designed to refine individual artistic style, introduce versatile paint mediums, and build an art portfolio.

  • Acrylic Painting: Canvas techniques, paint consistency, palette knife layering, and impasto textures.
  • Brush Pen Art: Modern typography, vibrant illustrations, variable line weight, and quick blending.
  • Gouache Painting: Opaque paint techniques, matte finishes, layerable color blocks.
  • Water Brush & Watercolor Pencil Art: Wet-on-wet and wet-on-dry shading methods, controlled washes, and detailed painting.
  • Indian Folk Art: Exploration of traditional Indian motifs, patterns, cultural art styles, and historical significance.

Questions about art classes

Does my child need any prior drawing talent or experience to enroll?
No prior experience is required for Level 1 (Foundation Course). We start from pencil holds, line controls, and basic geometric shapes before advancing to color blending and shading. Level 3 requires basic drawing knowledge.
Do we need to purchase art materials separately?
We provide a clear list of recommended materials for each level (such as specific shading pencils, charcoal, technical pens, or acrylics). Our instructors guide you on exact student-friendly brands to buy so there is no guesswork.
Will my child just copy existing drawings, or will they learn real techniques?
We focus on step-by-step technical mastery—including light/shadow physics, proportion, perspective, medium layering, and composition—empowering students to create original artwork and build a personal portfolio.
