Haritha Kannan,

An affirmation is usually a single sentence, a sentence with powerful words put together to make a positive statement. This sentence is aimed at reaching your conscious and unconscious mind which can calm you, motivate you, challenge you, change negative thoughts,   make you confident, shift your mindset, push you to reach your full potential in life, and make a better life.

Example:

“I’m bold and brave”
“I’m kind and calm”
“I’m loved”
